At Tiso, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tiso account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from our portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
